Last 30 years, too long to think what happen in our country. We have face many difficulties and lived with scare in our heart. Due to various terrorist attacks every government had to run the transaction with the terrorist. To secure people every government had to use restrictions contain in the constitution under the National Security. At last the fundamental rights of people limited up to western southern areas of Sri Lanka and became only the written rules to North and East provinces. Those who borne after year 1976 experienced only the danger of war. Now every people get a freedom to live. Most of don’t know these are fundamental rights. these are rights recognized by the Sri Lankan constitution. From this chapter I like to give a over view of F.R
